Refund Policy

At 72 N Dream Farm, we value transparent and professional business practices. The following policy outlines our approach to refunds for architectural and planning services.

1. Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are generally non-refundable once services have been scheduled or completed.

2. Design Services

Architectural and planning services involve significant preparation and labor. Refund eligibility depends on project stage, completed work, and signed agreements.

3. Deposits

Project deposits may be partially refundable only if work has not substantially begun.

4. Custom Work

Custom architectural drawings, planning documents, sketches, renderings, and site assessments are non-refundable after delivery.

5. Client Cancellations

Clients requesting cancellation should submit written notice as early as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on project progress.

6. Delays and Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included where specified in agreements. Excessive revisions or delays caused by the client may incur additional charges.

7. Digital Deliverables

Digital plans, concept files, and design materials delivered electronically are considered completed services and are not eligible for refunds.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to extraordinary situations may be reviewed individually at management discretion.

9. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact the business directly before initiating disputes or chargebacks with financial institutions.
